mentalitee is a new organisation using golf to help people improve their mental health, and they are launching at Trafford Golf Centre in November.
Golf is great for your mental health. Fresh air, calming green space and the kind of moderate exercise that has been linked to anxiety reduction: mentalitee wants everyone to experience these benefits.
mentalitee enables people who have never played golf before to try it for the first time at no cost, as well as providing existing players with resources on golf, mental health and where the two cross over. The organisation offers a safe online space where people can talk to one another, meaning none of their users are ever truly alone.
mentalitee is running its first new starter session from 11am to 12pm on Friday 15th November at Trafford Golf Centre with PGA Teaching Professional Matt Cross, so if you think you could benefit from giving golf a try, and would like to know more about how the service works, email info@mentalitee.co.uk for more information. Alternatively, if this sounds like something that could help someone you know, please share this article with them.
(Note: places on November 15th are limited. Please ensure you register your interest by emailing: info@mentalitee.co.uk)
