Having seen a huge surge in popularity in recent years, the centre located just off Junction 10 of the M60 has recently received a £300,000 investment to upgrade and extend the car park, welcoming 100 new spaces for visitors to utilise, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all customers.
Director of Golf, Pete Styles said: “2024 has definitely got off to a great start – we’re thrilled to celebrate Ryan’s well-deserved promotion alongside the successful completion of our car park extension.”
“Ryan’s journey from a dedicated part-time employee to a leadership position is a testament to our commitment to nurturing talent and rewarding commitment at Trafford Golf Centre. We look forward to Ryan’s continued contributions to our team’s success and providing an enhanced experience for our valued customers.”
In his new role, Ryan will oversee the safe and efficient operation of the reception team and reception areas, while also playing a pivotal role in the broader site operations. This includes involvement in marketing and media initiatives, recruitment, training and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Ryan commented: “The people at Trafford Golf Centre are great. From top to bottom, it’s been a pleasure to work with such a welcoming and supportive team. The dynamic environment, especially with the surge in demand in recent years, has made every day exciting and fast-paced. I’m grateful for the development opportunities that the company has provided me over the years on both a personal and professional level.”
Ryan’s academic background in Sports Marketing Management from Manchester Metropolitan University positions him well to leverage his expertise in his new managerial role. His ambition and dedication to the continued success of Trafford Golf Centre will undoubtedly drive the team to new heights, breaking records and setting new standards within the industry.
